Qualitative Evaluation of the Unterlinden Museum’s Education Programs
Measure the educational benefits of the programs offered to schools through interviews with teachers and museum educators
Identify what features of the program might be an obstacle to achieving the desired experience.
Identify what characteristics might influence the interest or ability of school groups to use the museum's education programs.
Look at the relationship to expectations, i.e., what is taken in by school groups in relation to what was planned and what was offered.
Provide a method of continuous evaluation.
